Job summary

Highmark Inc. is seeking a leadership-focused analyst to support the Risk Adjustment Accuracy Management (RAAM) department. You will coordinate analytics for market research, forecasting, and strategy development, and create materials for senior leadership decisions.

The role can be hybrid or remote with onsite presence required within 50 miles of an office three days per week (T, W, TH). Strong communication and strategic thinking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Masters in Business, Healthcare, Economics or related field required.
• 2 years post-grad experience in strategy/management consulting or healthcare internal strategy groups.
• 6 years of related experience in Business or Healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years relevant strategic experience acceptable in lieu of Master's.

Responsibilities

• Identify key business issues with owners and apply analytical frameworks to develop solutions and recommendations.
• Lead delivery of evolving risk adjustment initiatives aligned with RAAM's strategic plan.
• Manage major strategy projects with internal or external resources.
• Serve as SME to Strategic Operations on Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and ACA risk adjustment programs.
• Provide informal guidance to junior team members and assist in training/development planning.
