Qualifications

• Qualified candidates are typically enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date between April and June 2027.
• While L.E.K. prioritizes MBA candidates, individuals with relevant prior business or professional experience will also be considered.
• Consultants at L.E.K. generally possess advanced degrees or several years of experience in roles requiring strong problem solving, structured thinking, and the ability to drive impactful, data-informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Breaking down and outlining the client’s key strategic issues
• Designing and supervising the team’s core research tasks and analyses day‑to‑day
• Developing presentations and other deliverable structures
• Participating in the communication of project conclusions to client senior management
• Providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff
