Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Defense and Security Segment, where they will lead workforce transformation efforts for the United States Secret Service organization. The Senior Consultant will lead a workstream in support of the development of strategic human capital plan and growth plan.

• 3+ years of management consulting experience in workforce transformation.

What You Will Do

The Senior Consultant will lead a workstream in support of the development of strategic human capital plan and growth plan. Working under the direction of a Managing Consultant, the Senior will assist in analyzing workforce data and gleaning insights to inform the creation of a strategic human capital plan and growth plan related to transforming hiring, retention, performance management, and workforce development processes among other functions.

The Senior Consultant Have The Following Experience

• Supporting the development of human capital strategies and accompanying implementations plans
• Supporting the development of stakeholder engagement approaches and initiatives
• Analyzing human capital data and gleaning insights regarding trends and opportunities
• Assisting in the development of metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of strategic human capital plans
• Assisting in preparation of and leading internal and external stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and leadership briefings
• Supporting multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring technical accuracy, adherence to standards, and timely delivery of all products

Supporting the preparation of a wide range of briefing materials and concise summaries of assessments, evaluations, and plans communicate program status and progress to senior leaders

What You Will Need

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree
• FIVE (5) years of relevant experience leading strategic workforce transformation efforts and directing the work of a team
• THREE (3) or more years of management consulting experience in workforce transformation.

What Would Be Nice To Have

• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
• Experience consulting for the DHS
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of business, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt quickly and develop successful professional relationshipsExperience working in DHS

The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
