EliseAI in New York is seeking a Strategy & Planning Manager to drive growth initiatives, set direction, and scale operations. You’ll partner with the Chief Strategy Officer—and you’ll own outcomes from opportunity identification to delivery.

The role requires 5–6 years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or founder/operator roles at high-growth startups, with an autonomous, data-driven approach and the ability to move quickly.

About the Role

As a Strategy & Planning Manager, you’ll drive the initiatives that define how we grow, where we expand, and how we operate at scale. This is a leadership role for someone who moves fast, thinks clearly under pressure, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.

You’ll partner closely with senior leadership, including the Chief Strategy Officer—but you’ll own outcomes. From identifying opportunities to setting direction to pushing initiatives across the finish line, this role will build momentum and deliver results.

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $210,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
