Strategy and Operations Senior Associate, Research and Core

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications

• MBA or graduate degree.
• Experience advising senior leaders on strategy, organization, and operations.
• Ability to identify and solve problems, build relationships, and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, quantitative modeling, and data analysis skills.
• Strong communication, people management, and presentation skills.

About The Job

Google’s Knowledge and Information (K&I) Partnerships team collaborates with external partners to enhance Google products through data licensing, content partnerships, API integrations, and technology licensing.

In this role, you will drive strategy and execution for K&I Partnerships, providing thought leadership and operational narratives to support Google’s product mission. You will work directly with K&I leaders on key topics across all product areas, helping the organization identify, plan, and execute priorities.

The Global Partnerships team explores new opportunities, working with partners to support Google’s products in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more. They develop partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and incubate business growth.

The US base salary range is $118,000-$170,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary is role, level, and location-dependent. Your recruiter will share specific details during hiring.
