  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

  • Experience using analytical tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
  • 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent influencing and executive stakeholder management skills

About The Job

In this role, you manage full project components and processes with limited guidance from your manager. You identify opportunities and solve problems within a given project scope. You demonstrate a creative approach to improving solutions to defined problems via selection of better methods, tools and resources. You navigate ambiguity by distilling insights and communicating them. You build relationships and partner across teams to develop business solutions. You demonstrate knowledge of market, product, organizational and cross-functional nuances.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive business performance by designing and implementing operational structures and processes.
  • Define, track, and report key business metrics, leveraging data to derive insights and inform decisions.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve shared objectives.
  • Contribute to assessments, product/business activation strategies, and process improvements, and develop an understanding of Google's products, industry trends, and engaged landscape to deliver recommendations and execute projects.
