The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business-critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We focus on aligning high-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and evolving early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. We support representing the customer, advocating for product requirements, and ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale. Our role includes building infrastructure from tooling to enhancing business skills, and ensuring flawless execution against business outcomes.

In this role, you will work directly with regional sales leadership and the Global Product Solutions leadership team. You will lead a team focused on accelerating business growth, designing regional programs, strengthening global-to-local connections, partnering with cross-functional teams to land industry moments, and shaping regional strategic plans.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's Ads business runs smoothly. We set go-to-market strategies and ensure flawless execution. Our teams are embedded across major Ads areas and work globally. Members are analytical and strategic, pragmatic in execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $180,000-$267,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges depend on role, level, and location, with individual pay influenced by skills, experience, and education. Recruiters will share specific salary details during hiring.

Responsibilities
  • Define, prioritize, structure, and execute strategic and operational initiatives, including developing work plans, analyzing data, leading analyses, and implementing recommendations.
  • Analyze business processes to identify issues and prioritize improvements. Influence senior stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Develop compelling presentations and communications to influence various audiences, including senior executives.
  • Design and deploy regional activation programs, build product expertise, orchestrate global-to-local initiatives, and partner with regional marketing to land key moments.
  • Provide thought leadership on product activation and explore future product-related business opportunities.
