Our platform, WeightWatchers Clinic/Sequence, focuses on chronic obesity, which affects more than 50% of adults and is closely related to many other chronic conditions. We are taking several steps to accomplish our mission, including building a top-notch technology platform that connects patients' with a support team to streamline and simplify their prior authorization process while providing a white glove customer service experience.
What You Will Do
We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to help them scale their business. This role reports to the Director of Member Operations and will work closely with the Product and Member Operation teams to improve the member experience and maintain operational excellence. This role will require strong cross-functional collaboration and a high degree of visibility to senior leadership.

Base salary may vary depending on, but not limited to: skills, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package and annual bonus program.
US Pay Range: $100,000 - $150,000 USD
