What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting to measure and evaluate business performance

What is Required (Qualifications):

• 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or strategy
• Experience querying data using SQL
• Proficiency with BI/visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau
• Experience working with executives, business owners, and stakeholders in a cross-functional capacity
• Ability to take business questions end-to-end, analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in healthcare or digital health, or consulting experience with operational and strategic analytics
• Exposure to data modeling concepts and tools (e.g., dbt)
• Strong track record of translating data into insights that drive business impact
