Job Description Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand key drivers of their business across various industries and products.
2. Manage the development of predictive, spatial, and network optimization models to solve business challenges.
3. Translate complex data science into clear, actionable insights using straightforward language.
4. Communicate effectively with team leaders to ensure project success.
5. Lead initiatives to incorporate scalable concepts and tools into the team's core product offerings.
6. Utilize insights and collaboration to maintain industry leadership in product innovation.

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in real estate, analytics, or strategy consulting.
• Strong analytical skills, including statistical knowledge, big data, visualization, and exploration; experience with R/Python/SQL, Alteryx, and/or Azure/AWS is preferred.
• Experience in developing various model types to produce actionable outputs aligned with long-term client strategies.
• Ability to manage large datasets, identify key insights, and provide strategic recommendations with minimal guidance.
• Understanding of commercial real estate practices is a plus.
• Creative application of business concepts to meet diverse client needs.
