Qualifications

• Strong academic record from a top-tier business program.
• Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions with guidance.
• Baseline understanding of corporate strategy and financial trade-offs.
• High AI fluency and willingness to use AI tools to speed work.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support multi-quarter strategic programs from intake to execution, tracking roadmaps and aligning stakeholders.
• Assist in quarterbacking cross-functional financial metrics to hit target goals.
• Map and refine the end-to-end Northstar customer journey and document SOPs.
• Execute high-priority ad-hoc strategic projects for CCO leadership.
• Support project portfolio tracking and handoff criteria between teams.
• Identify automation opportunities and apply AI to streamline workflows and extract insights.
