Responsibilities

• Support multi-quarter strategic programs from intake to execution.
• Analyze cross-functional financial metrics to hit targets.
• Map and refine the Northstar customer journey; document SOPs.
• Execute high-priority ad-hoc projects for CCO leadership.
• Support project portfolio tracking and handoff criteria.
• Identify automation opportunities and apply AI to workflows.
• Build dynamic financial models in Google Sheets and present in Google Slides.
