Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an experienced Management Consultant to help train AI models by testing them on real business problems and critiquing their outputs like a strategy advisor. You’ll guide the development of edge cases, craft client-style briefs, and flag issues for improvement with clear rationales.

Responsibilities include rigorous problem-framing, comparing model responses, and selecting the best approach for leadership. Remote work is supported with diverse, high-impact engagements.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Professional experience in management consulting, strategy, PMO, or deal advisory.
• Experience at a top strategy firm, Big Four advisory practice, or boutique consultancy is a strong plus.
• Skilled at building and critiquing work for senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• An MBA or other postgraduate degree is preferred but not required.
• Only applicants based in AU, CA, IE, NZ, UK, or US will be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Write client-style briefs from familiar engagements and run them through AI models.
• Review each AI response like an associate before it reaches a partner: framing, structure, rigor, insight, and relevance.
• Flag concrete issues such as unsupported claims or vague conclusions and explain your reasoning.
• Compare responses head-to-head and select the one to present to leadership.
