Job summary

Seagate Technology is seeking a Strategy AI Intern to design and build AI-enabled applications that strengthen how the Corporate Development & Strategy team conducts research, analyzes information, and communicates strategy.

You will work at the intersection of software engineering, applied AI, data, and business strategy, partnering with strategy and corporate development professionals to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an advanced degree in a technical field required (Fall 2027).
• Hands-on Python development experience value.
• Experience with data, APIs, and databases is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Python-based applications for research automation and strategic analysis.
• Build AI agents connecting data sources to automate workflows and improve decision speed.
• Apply RAG, MCP, large language models, and agent frameworks to business use cases.
• Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Document architecture, data flows, and maintenance requirements for sustainable adoption.
