Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) is seeking a Strategist, Operations & Governance for Enterprise Operations to sit at the center of EO, partnering with the EO Chief of Staff and CEOO. You will own the operating backbone that helps leaders move faster and decide better, translating priorities into actionable plans and accountable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred in related fields.
• 10+ years in operations, program management, consulting, strategy execution, or senior business roles.
• Experience running complex operating rhythms and governance mechanisms.

Responsibilities

• Own the EO Operating System and govern the operating rhythm, forums, materials, and decision standards.
• Ensure EO governance end-to-end artifacts: playbooks, escalation rules, templates, and Teams/Smartsheet ecosystem.
• Set high-quality executive materials, framing, and disciplined follow-through.
• Protect leadership time by focusing conversations on decisions, trade-offs, and actions.
• Run the EO LT BPM Forum and surface progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Enable executive readiness and follow-through for leadership forums and meetings.
• Design and run EO's annual priorities and operating planning processes.
• Create a single-pane view of EO performance with dashboards and scorecards.
