Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategic Consulting team is seeking a Workplace Analyst to support the consulting lifecycle from business development through strategy development and execution. The hybrid role involves on-site support up to 3 days per week and travel up to 20%.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and presentation skills, and proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools. Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Qualifications

2–5 years of work experience as a consultant, architect, space & occupancy planner, or analyst.
Experience in workplace strategy or change management preferred but not required.
Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong written, oral, analytical, and graphic presentation skills.
Effective communication across time zones and across business lines.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver workplace strategy and change management consulting to clients in the Americas region.
Collaborate with team members from brainstorming ideas to final client deliverables and recommendations.
Perform detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis to address client challenges, synthesize findings and produce deliverables.
Work across geographic, functional, and service line boundaries within Cushman & Wakefield.
Client research, benchmarking, and synthesizing findings.
