Cushman & Wakefield in the United States, Costa Mesa, is seeking a Senior Consulting Manager to lead the Strategic Consulting practice in the Americas, aligning workplace strategy with client objectives and real estate assets.
You will manage projects and key client relationships, guide senior teams, and contribute to thought leadership while pursuing high-impact solutions with a sales objective of $600,000 per year.

Our innovative strategies help clients make value-based decisions, effect meaningful change and achieve quantifiable results. This practice focuses on Global Occupier Services, the global client account side of the organization, where we solve some of the most complex real estate challenges for the world's largest blue-chip client occupiers.
We currently have a Senior Manager open in the practice to support the Americas region. For this position, Cushman & Wakefield will offer a competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with regional market expectations and at a level consistent within C&W's network of peer professionals. This role directly supports client transformation initiatives by aligning workplace strategy with organizational goals.
The Senior Manager position supports the full consulting lifecycle -from business development to strategy formulation and execution as follows:

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 127,500.00 - $150,000.00
