Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Houston seeks a Business Consultant Special Projects to serve as the primary liaison for employers seeking advanced workforce solutions beyond traditional hiring. You will engage leaders, assess needs, and connect them with talent pipelines and training resources.

Lead design and implementation of programs like OJT, Registered Apprenticeship, Pre-Apprenticeship, Work-Based Learning, and CTE partnerships; guide design, compliance, and rollout while tracking outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage employers to assess workforce needs and align solutions with hiring goals.
• Design, implement and manage programs like OJT, Apprenticeship, Pre-Apprenticeship, and Work-Based Learning.
• Collaborate with education providers and agencies to create pathways to training opportunities.
• Track and report outcomes to demonstrate impact on employer performance and workforce metrics.
