The position starts at $50,460 (GS-07, Step 1) and goes to $80,243 (GS-09, Step 10). It involves data analysis, reporting, and project planning to sustain CBP’s mission readiness and service to the country.

Qualifications

• 1 year of specialized experience for GS-07, including position management, compensation and benefits, and staffing
• 1 year of specialized experience for GS-09, including workers’ compensation and data analysis for decision making
• Education substitutions allowed: GS-07 1 year grad school; GS-09 master’s or 2 years grad education

Responsibilities

• Maintain reports and staffing documents; coordinate with supervisors and HR to implement resolutions
• Prepare managerial reports using agency data sources
• Schedule travel and training, organize logistics, and monitor non-overtime budgets
