Job summary

• Ability to manage programs from planning through implementation, including timelines and budgets.
• Knowledge of labor-market trends and translating needs into program strategies.
• Strong written and oral communication for diverse audiences.
• Self-starter who can work independently and as a team contributor.
• Experience planning meetings, events, or workshops.
• Proficiency with office suite tools.
