Job summary

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Workforce Development Department seeks a Programs Specialist to oversee workforce programs (WIOA, TANF, SNAP, ES, RESEA) and provide technical assistance to subrecipients. Responsibilities include policy development, contract management, and liaison work with community partners across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience coordinating and managing multiple contracts or grants.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and implement workforce program policies to ensure compliance with rules.
• Manage contracted programs and provide technical assistance to subrecipients.
• Represent Workforce Solutions in meetings and build partnerships across stakeholders.
• Travel within the 14-county area to meetings, conferences, and trainings.
