Qualifications

Proven expertise in workforce planning, scenario modeling, and skills based talent strategy.
Strong consulting, facilitation, stakeholder management, executive communication, and influencing skills with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Experience developing long range workforce plans which forward project skill needs, talent pipelines, and strategic hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

Shape the Long Term Workforce Vision by facilitating cross-functional workshops and aligning with strategy and capital plans.
Forecast Demand & Assess Supply by building headcount and skills models with market and portfolio shifts.
External Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking to monitor talent moves and inform strategic plans.
Drive Actions to Close Gaps with build/buy/borrow/automate plans and clear ownership.
Data, Architecture & Tooling to integrate job architecture and skills taxonomy in SWP dashboards.
Senior Level Communication & Change Leadership, crafting executive narratives and coaching HR partners.
