Job summary

FastTek Global in Lansing, MI is seeking a Planner and Scheduler to develop and optimize work plans, provide tracking metrics, and lead resource coordination for complex projects. The role requires strong planning skills, data analysis, and effective communication with multiple departments.

The candidate will build and maintain O&M workplans, monitor forecasts, and ensure alignment with customer delivery targets, while collaborating with stakeholders and SAP reports.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a planning and scheduling role with metrics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize system work plans and provide tracking metrics for management.
• Lead resource scheduling and coordinate with operations across departments for complex projects.
• Maintain reporting and forecasts to ensure on-time delivery and budget targets.
