Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in planning and scheduling with metrics experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead hand-off to resource scheduling and monthly operations reviews with key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting to improve on-time delivery and forecast meetings.
• Create workplans covering pole replacements, 5-year inspection cycles, outages, and testing.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet financial and performance targets.
• Meet weekly with resource scheduling to ensure all work is captured and tracked.
• Maintain monthly and year-to-date O&M labor hour forecasts and variance explanations.
