Clipboard is seeking a Strategic WFM Analyst to own centralized forecast, capacity planning, and workforce cost optimization across all lines of business. You will translate demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime strategies, model capacity risks, and align executive stakeholders across Finance, Product, and Operations.

You are exceptionally strong in WFM math and financial analytics, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

Formación

• Strong quantitative background with deep expertise in WFM fundamentals (capacity modeling, Erlang, shrinkage, AHT, SLA/ASA trade-offs).
• Ability to translate complex demand forecasts into defensible FTE, BPO, and overtime strategies.
• Excellent written communication to distill analytics into concise memos for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Translate multi-LOB demand forecasts into monthly and quarterly capacity and budget needs.
• Model trade-offs across internal FTEs, outsourcing, overtime, and productivity shifts.
• Quantify impact of product features and AI bot changes on capacity and costs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Operations to validate assumptions and staffing commitments.
• Draft executive memos and weekly reviews for Directors and leadership.
• Conduct root-cause analyses when actuals diverge from plans and propose corrective actions.
• Standardize planning frameworks across business lines and maintain forecasting competency.
