Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in a financial services organization.
• Knowledge of banking products, pricing strategies, and profitability management.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, Life & Health, and appropriate Series licenses within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary client contact to uncover financial needs and provide holistic banking and investment solutions.
• Builds relationships in the market with BMO partners, COIs, and the community to grow assets and AUM.
• Delivers financial advice and solutions across banking and investment products; coordinates with Financial Advisor for complex needs.
• Drives new client acquisition and deepens existing client relationships to meet sales targets.
• Guides clients to digital platforms and supports onboarding and ongoing service delivery.
