Qualifications

• Hold Series 7 and 66 licenses; if missing 66 but holding 63 or 65, an offer may be extended with a passing score for the missing series within 60 days.
• Minimum of one year of experience in Investments, with knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Sets and achieves goals and builds strong client relationships.
• Communicates effectively with clients and engages diverse client bases.
• Regulatory due diligence and risk considerations are integrated into daily work.

Responsibilities

• Works with clients to plan short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products.
• Recommends banking and investments strategies aligned with client goals and needs.
• Triages client requests and makes referrals to internal service providers based on assets.
• Mitigates and controls risk as part of daily activities.
• Identifies potential new clients through referrals or existing center clientele.
• Provides coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product services.
