Job summary

McClure Engineering Company is seeking a Water Project Manager to lead a growing Water team on high-visibility, critical projects. The PM will be the primary face of the project, mentor staff, and drive profitable delivery for key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of water/wastewater experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or PE license/MBA), and a demonstrated track record building client relationships, managing budgets, and advancing water infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economic Development, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Seven to ten years of progressive management experience in water, wastewater, storm water or other utilities related field.
• Sustained success at building new and maintaining existing client relationships.
• Professional Engineering License, MBA or history of successfully managing a profitable team.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility and critical projects for the Water team.
• Be the primary face of the project and ensure successful completion for key stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop less experienced team members.
• Drive profitable delivery and support business development within the department.
