Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in warehouse management, procurement, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.

Responsabilités

• Lead purchasing activities for materials, equipment, services, and subcontracts while maintaining alignment across procurement processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve purchasing outcomes through strategic sourcing, pricing analysis, and supplier development.
• Assess current procurement practices and systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement more efficient processes.
• Develop productive working relationships with key suppliers to support procurement needs and initiatives.
• Create and maintain purchasing policies, procedures, and guidelines and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance with evaluations, cost-savings metrics, and delivery performance; escalate issues as needed.
