Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and discipline employees
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing contributions
• Plan and review compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures
• Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; implement policies and procedures
• Forecast requirements; prepare annual budget; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing standards and procedures
• Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations
• Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
• Oversee vehicle and heavy equipment rentals
• Serve as primary contact for customer issues related to equipment/ service
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and improve customer experience
• Collaborate with AGM/GM to implement policies and systems
• Work with inventory manager to optimize inventory and reduce sub-rental expenses
