• Trace a complaint pattern back to the process that breeds it
• Run market sizing exercises to prioritize expansion in Athens
• Knit together the Athens, GA P&L from pieces three teams own separately
• Find the lever that moves metric leadership cares about most
• Find the customer segment Fox Corporation keeps overlooking and size the prize
• Reforecast mid-quarter when the GA numbers stop matching the plan
