• Progressive executive leadership experience in finance, administration, operations, facilities, or related areas within a complex organization.
• Demonstrated success aligning financial planning, budget development, and resource allocation with institutional strategic priorities and organizational goals.
• Experience serving as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, contributing to organization-wide planning, decision-making, and change management initiatives.
• A record of building collaborative partnerships across diverse stakeholder groups, including shared governance bodies, employee groups, community partners, and external organizations.
• Demonstrated success improving organizational effectiveness through process improvement, systems development, innovation, and operational efficiencies.
