Responsibilities

• The VP of Development is responsible for leading development and execution of comprehensive fundraising strategies from diverse sources to grow the contributed revenue of the agency.
• The VP of Development will establish clear fundraising goals working alongside the CEO and Executive Team.
• This leader will plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate strategies to achieve these goals.
• This position has three direct reports: the Director of Marketing, Events and Engagement Manager, and the Compliance & Grants Manager.
