Job summary

Qualifications

- Experience in nonprofit, community development, or volunteer-driven environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for construction and development operations.
- Oversee budget, contracts, schedules, and safety programs across all projects.
- Lead engagement with volunteers, partner families, and stakeholders to advance mission.
- Collaborate with finance, programs, and development to align strategies and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
