ebs Recruiters is seeking a strategic VP of Distribution & Logistics to lead a multi-site warehouse and distribution network. You will drive operational excellence, scalability, and financial performance across warehousing, fulfillment, inventory, and logistics operations.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in multi-location leadership, implementing process improvements, and building high-performing teams.

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience managing multiple warehouses, distribution centers, or fulfillment operations.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting and P&L oversight.
Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and inventory control.
Experience implementing warehouse technology and automation initiatives.

Responsabilités

Lead warehouse, fulfillment, inventory, and logistics across multiple sites.
Set standards, KPIs, and metrics to drive accountability and consistency.
Improve inventory accuracy, productivity, capacity utilization, and costs.
Own financial performance including labour productivity and profitability.
Develop warehouse leaders and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Standardize processes across existing and new locations.
Identify and implement technology and process improvements for visibility and scalability.
Lead integration efforts for acquisitions and build repeatable processes.
