This role combines videography, editing, live event production, storytelling, and strong technical proficiency in digital media production tools, video editing platforms, live-streaming technologies, content management systems, and online publishing workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in film production, video production, communications, media arts, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Minimum 5 years of professional videography, editing, and live-streaming experience with a portfolio of corporate content.
• Proficiency with professional media software (Adobe suite, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics.
• Experience producing multimedia content for websites, intranet, social media, and live events.
• Strong knowledge of video formats, codecs, accessibility, and platform publishing standards.
• Experience using CMS/ DAM systems and project/workflow tools to organize and publish content.

Responsibilities

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for executive messages, testimonials, training, recruitment, social media, and corporate announcements.
• Video Editing and Post-Production: Apply color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, titles, and branded templates for platform-ready content.
• Live Broadcast Production: Manage live-streamed events including town halls and earnings calls, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate audio/video/streaming.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content aligns with Vestis brand standards and messaging goals.
• Event and On-Location Filming: Travel to offices, customer sites, and events for shoots and b-roll.
• Photography Support: Capture high-quality photography for communications and social channels.
• Multimedia Content Creation: Produce short-form and long-form content for web, intranet, signage, and social platforms.
• Storyboarding And Script Development: Collaborate to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts.
• Equipment Management: Maintain cameras, lighting, audio, streaming gear, and editing systems.
