Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active State Bar membership is required.
• 15+ years of combined in-house and/or law firm experience.
• 7+ years of management experience, including leading people.
• Demonstrated expertise in corporate governance, M&A, contracts, compliance, and enterprise risk.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive management and the Board on governance, risk, and securities matters.
• Oversee compliance, ethics program, and regulatory requirements across the enterprise.
• Lead strategy and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures with due diligence and integration.
• Build and develop a high-performing legal team and partner with cross-functional leaders.
