Job summary

Hui Huliau is seeking a Program Analyst - Vendor Threat Mitigation and Financial Operations Specialist to strengthen theater supply chain risk management and vendor threat mitigation across the AOR. The role requires independent work in dynamic environments and collaboration with multi-echelon military and civilian partners.

You will conduct high-level risk framework analysis, produce OSINT-informed assessments, and help translate findings into actionable mitigation actions supporting DoD

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and oral communication is mandatory.
• GCC logistics, operations, or intelligence environment experience.
• Understanding of theater-level SCRM and VTM requirements.
• Experience with DoD contracting systems and contracting databases.

Responsibilities

• Threat Analysis & Illumination: Identify FOCI, cyber vulnerabilities, and adversarial influence risks within the AOR.
• Mitigation Planning: Develop theater-specific VTM mitigation strategies and risk response plans.
• Exercise & Operation Integration: Support VTM planning for major exercises and joint operations.
• Interagency & Partner Sync: Coordinate with USFK, USFJ, SOCPAC and contractors for unified defense.
• Governance & Reporting: Draft executive staff products and brief senior leaders on vulnerabilities.
