Job summary

This role serves as a key contact for vendor relationships, aligning capabilities with organizational needs and business priorities to drive performance and continuous improvement.

• Manage key vendor relationships across an assigned portfolio.
• Develop and support vendor engagement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Build and maintain productive partnerships with vendors providing specialized services.
• Assess vendor capabilities and align with evolving objectives.
• Monitor health, capacity, and effectiveness of the vendor network.
• Identify vendor-related risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to support initiatives.
• Participate in customer-facing discussions when vendor input is needed.
• Support vendor growth and expansion initiatives.
