Job summary

NewEdge Capital Group is seeking a mid-level Vendor and Contract Manager to support NECG’s procurement function within Legal and collaborate with Accounting and Compliance to ensure due diligence, regulatory alignment, and accurate documentation of vendor relationships.

The role focuses on end-to-end contract administration, risk identification, and process improvements, with room to expand leadership as the vendor function evolves.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or legal studies.
• 2-7 years in risk management, compliance, or vendor management in regulated industries.
• Experience with vendor risk management systems and due diligence.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests with deadlines.
• Familiarity with contract databases and e-signature platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the vendor management framework and data accuracy.
• Coordinate end-to-end contract administration from intake to termination.
• Review contracts for completeness and standard requirements, flag non-standard provisions.
• Ensure data security and compliance under regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor ongoing vendor performance and lifecycle events.
• Support risk reviews and audits with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Compliance, and IT security.
