Medisca is seeking an Upstream Product Manager to drive front-end product strategy. You will translate market needs into opportunities, own long-term roadmaps, and work with R&D, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to define requirements for new products and extensions.

You’ll lead business cases, pricing targets, and go-to-market inputs, ensuring market-driven, commercially viable concepts. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, collaboration, and a hands-on approach to identifying white space

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or related field; MBA is a strong asset.
3–5 years in upstream product management, development, or strategic market analysis.
Experience leading opportunity assessments, market sizing, and roadmaps.
VOC research, competitive analysis, and requirement gathering experience.
Track record of building business cases, charters, and early-stage innovation.

Responsibilities

Own 5-year new product roadmap for the portfolio and align with business goals.
Develop roadmaps, evaluate opportunities, and define product requirements.
Lead strategic planning documents: Product Charter, Opportunity Assessment, Business Case.
Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to drive development.
Own MRD creation and maintain traceability from customer needs to specs.
Guide product launches and manage alignment with launch metrics.
