Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Facilitates execution of underwriting strategy and initiatives.
Leads medium-complexity projects from planning through execution.
Partners with cross-functional teams to define objectives and drive execution using data.
Establishes relationships with underwriters and stakeholders to advance data-driven initiatives.
Develops analytical tools and models to support planning and decision-making.
Leverages data insights to identify trends and improve performance.
Collaborates with Distribution, Actuarial, Claim, Government Relations and others to align activities.
Keeps current on trends in the insurance industry.
