Job summary

CTC Group is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA), levels 1-4, to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data. The role focuses on generating insights, profiling targets, and developing techniques to gain additional information, while ensuring target continuity and sharing findings with stakeholders.

The TDNA will work with government, military, and contractor personnel, applying diverse analysis disciplines and a proactive, curious approach to produce actionable

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance.
• Liberal Arts field preferred but degree in any field acceptable.
• Experience with software applications and databases for network analysis and target development.
• Capable of running basic DNI and DNR queries with Agency tools.
• Able to task own selectors with assistance of senior analysts.
• Able to evaluate leads for tasking and use appropriate tasking authorities.
• Basic understanding of internet protocols, digital telecommunications tech, and internet routing.
• Basic understanding of SIGINT collection.
• Capable of basic target discovery and collection triage.

Responsibilities

• Maintain databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor or enable new collection.
• Employ pattern recognition against targets' communications and digital footprints.
• Apply knowledge of IC needs and missions.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to align intelligence needs.
• Develop hypotheses, assess techniques, and pivot within data to share insights.
• Distill and share findings with teammates and intelligence consumers.
