MANITOU Group is seeking a Treasurer & Tax Manager based in West Bend, WI. This role leads corporate tax planning, compliance, and treasury activities within US GAAP and IFRS frameworks. The ideal candidate brings extensive public accounting and manufacturing experience.

You will develop tax strategies, manage cash flow, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and risk management in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience converting US GAAP to IFRS and dual reporting.
• Proven success planning and executing high-level tax strategies.
• Cash flow modeling and long-term financial roadmaps experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute corporate tax strategies aligned with operational goals.
• Manage tax research and advise on legislation impacts.
• Oversight of tax return prep and payments (federal, state, Canadian GST/PST).
• Coordinate with treasury and accounting to meet reporting deadlines.
