Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in governmental finance and supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of GAAP, government accounting, and investment practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Revenue, Debt Management, and Investments divisions.
• Directs cash management, investments, and revenue recognition.
• Develops and monitors budgets, SOPs, and internal controls.
• Prepares financial reports for CFO, City Manager, and Council; supports audits.
• Leads staff and coordinates with bank and investment partners.
