Job summary

Sumitomo Biorational Company in Libertyville, IL seeks a Treasury Manager to lead day-to-day treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital reporting. You will guide AR, credit, and collections, improve liquidity, and strengthen internal controls.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in treasury or corporate finance, 8+ years in leadership, SAP and advanced Excel proficiency, and CPA/CFA or MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in treasury, finance, accounting, or corporate finance.
• 8+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
• Experience managing banking relationships, cash forecasting, and working capital initiatives.
• SAP experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience with treasury and credit management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain weekly Cash Management System forecasts to ensure liquidity for daily operations.
• Develop consolidated cash flow forecasts for annual budget, current year, and LR plan.
• Provide financial modeling and data-driven analysis to support executive decisions.
• Identify opportunities to improve liquidity and treasury reporting.
• Lead AR, Credit and Collections to ensure timely collections and sound credit management.
• Oversee credit line reviews and ongoing credit risk monitoring.
• Manage day-to-day treasury operations and bank relationships.
