Job summary

Headfarmer in the Phoenix area is seeking a Senior Treasury & Finance Manager to own cash management, optimize working capital, and partner with our PE-backed client’s leadership. This role focuses on treasury, analytics, and driving operational efficiencies.

You will drive daily treasury operations, build robust forecasting tools, manage debt covenants, and deliver clear lender reporting while guiding insurance strategy and strategic finance initiatives across the company.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of treasury experience.
• Experience with financial instruments, credit lines, and covenants.
• Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Confident communicator with ability to translate numbers into strategy.
• Experience building new processes from ground up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury operations: cash, bank relationships, user access management, and card programs.
• Elevate forecasting & modeling: build forecasting tools and financial models.
• Optimize capital: improve receivables, payables, and inventory to unlock cash.
• Debt & risk management: support compliance with credit agreements and covenants.
• Own lender reporting: prepare data-driven lender reports and manage relationships.
• Oversee insurance strategy: lead annual renewals with brokers for optimized coverage.
• Be a finance business partner: provide strategic insights across the company.
