CINQCARE is seeking a Treasury & Finance Analyst to support daily accounting, treasury operations, and accurate financial reporting under the VP of FP& A. The role emphasizes cash management, payables, and data-driven decision support across finance functions.

Ideal candidates bring a robust background in finance within healthcare or regulated industries, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across teams to improve processes and controls.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum of four years in public accounting or corporate finance/controllership, preferably healthcare.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and meet tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Support cash flow forecasting and daily cash management to optimize liquidity.
• Manage accounts payable for provider incentives and payments; ensure accuracy.
• Reconcile payor payments and collaborate with billing and credentialing teams.
• Gather vendor data, support ROI analysis, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Identify risks, ensure internal controls, and assist in reporting and analysis.
