Profile Products Llc in Buffalo Grove, IL, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage treasury operations, credit policy application, and A/R collections. The role oversees daily funding, vendor payments, and bank balance monitoring to reduce interest expense across entities.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field and at least 5 years in collections management, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
• 5 years of collections management and experience.
• Able to identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives in related functions.

Mansioni

• Identify opportunities for and drive continuous process improvement in credit, accounts payable, accounts receivable including collections, cash forecasting, and daily funding and treasury needs.
• Oversee the credit granting process and ensure consistent application of policies at all Profile-related entities including foreign entities.
• Monitor Continuserve third-party A/R support team applying customer payments to ensure accounts receivable detail is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage daily A/R collection efforts for all Profile entities working with the local teams and the Continuserve third-party A/R support team.
• Contact larger past due customers directly to obtain payments; negotiate new payment terms or settlements; escalate as needed.
