Job summary

Aventiv is seeking a Treasury Manager in Plano, TX to oversee liquidity management, cash forecasting, and treasury controls. You will report to the CAO and lead a team responsible for debt covenant compliance, treasury processes, and cross-functional collaboration with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Tax, and external banks.

The role includes optimizing cash management systems, evaluating treasury platforms, and managing relationships with sureties, lenders, and payment providers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance/accounting or related field.
• 5+ years leading, coaching, and developing staff.
• 3+ years in a similar role for a private equity owned or public company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Treasury team; oversee deliverables.
• Manage daily cash positioning and forecasting.
• Ensure covenant compliance and debt-related reporting.
• Oversee banking relationships and treasury systems implementation.
• Prepare bank compliance packages and financial reporting.
